§1: Preface §1.1: In the following contract ("contract") the creator ("service operator") of this site ("Stats4U.net", "Website") places conditions to you ("user" / "users" / "you") and specifies a non-liability. §1.2: This website enables the user to put a visitor-counter on a Webpage. §1.3: By visiting the mainpage, the site generates a unique identification number ("S4UID") for you. This S4UID is integrated into the HTML-Codes ("HTML-Code", "HTML-Codes") on the mainpage. §1.4: Stats4U.net is part of the Luky.cc Network. §2: This is a contract between you and the service operator. §2.1: By inserting the HTML-Code which you can get by visiting the mainpage into your webpage, a contract between you and the service operator gets reached. This contract holds into infinite until the service operator or the user cancels it. §2.2: The contract regulates the adhesion of the service operator. Read of it in the further paragraph §4. §3: Using Stats4U.net §3.1: You are responsible for all actions you take and take all responsibility for all actions on Stats4U.net. §3.2: You arn't granted to use Stats4U.net for any other purposes than for private. §3.3: You arn't granted to copy or publish things out of Stats4U.net. You need a written permission. Read of it in the paragraph §5. §3.4: You accept that Stats4U.net will log all your activities with your IP Address. §3.5: You insure that you dont cause damage in the form of Spam, illegal statements and contents or other immoral actions on Stats4U.net. §3.6: By discovering that you use extreme bandwidth, abuse the service or make traffic- spam attacks, your S4UID gets disabled. §3.7: You insure that you wont change the provided HTML-Code with your personal S4UID in any aspect. §3.8: You insure that you wont change the provided HTML-Code with your personal S4UID at any other time. §3.9: Deviating from §3.7, §3.8, you are allowed to delete the Hyperlink to your personal statistics. §4: Restriction of the adhesion of the service operator §4.1: Because Stats4U.net is completely for free, you cant take any you cant take compensations for eventual damage, random damage, following damage or damage because of escaped profit. Stats4U.net cant further take the responsibility for the content of linked pages. §4.2: THE SERVICE OPERATOR CANT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for the functionality, usability, accesibility or something else and dissociate from all damage which can be caused by the Stats4U.net and damages of users. §5: Copyright §5.1: The copyright for Stats4U.net and the Luky.cc Network is owned by the service operator ("Lukas Wojcik"). §5.2: Possibly shown pictures, mentioned marks and shown brand names are subject to the copyright of their respective owners. §5.3: Copying requires written permission. If the user takes use of register label names, the user makes himself/herself punishable in some cases. §5.5: All contents and contributions of users are copyrighted and owned by the respective users. §5.6: Deviating from §5.3, you are allowed to copy the generated HTML-Code with your S4UID on the mainpage of Stats4U.net. §5.7: You are not allowed to copy or publish any pictures which are being generated on Stats4U.net. For example statistic and diagram pictures. §5.8: You are not allowed to copy any program code from Stats4U.net (in exception of your HTML-Code with your S4UID on the mainpage). §6: Changes of the contract §6.1: The contract can change without reminding you so take a look sometimes on it. If you dont agree to a changed point so you have to quit this contract immediately. §6.2: If you want to quit this contract then you arn't allowed to use Stats4U.net anymore. §6.3: The service operator is allowed to cancel your registration at any time. He is also allowed to disallow you the access to some sites of the network and to exclude you for some time. If the service operator cancels the contract, you aren't allowed anymore to use any service from the Luky.cc Network. §6.4: If this contract gets quited all data gets deleted if it breaks the contract. All other data uploaded to Stats4U.net will remain. §6.5: If you use Stats4U.net and the Luky.cc Network so you have to accept both contracts. This contract and the Luky.cc Network contract.
