New counter globes

There are now three different globe styles, each with its own settings. They are on the main page under "animated".
The first globe also appears on the statistics page under live > countries. It shows visitors by location and refreshes whenever a new visitor arrives on the site.
Stats4U's Global Stats page carries the first globe as well and refreshes live whenever a Stats4U counter is viewed.
