Visitor counter for Jimdo

Jimdo has two editors. Jimdo Creator (sites on jimdofree.com and many older Jimdo sites) has an element for your own code. The newer Jimdo website builder does not allow your own code or external widgets, so a counter cannot be added there.

Step by step

1. Pick a design on Stats4U and copy the code from the HTML tab.
2. In Jimdo Creator click Edit and then “Add element” where the counter should appear.
3. Choose “More elements & add-ons” → “Widget/HTML”, paste the code and save.
4. Leave the editor and view the page.

In this example the counter number is 12345 and the design is a sample. The wizard gives you your own number and the design you pick.

Good to know

• If the counter does not show up with the script, take the HTML <img> tab instead – it is a plain picture.
