Visitor counter for Weebly
Weebly has an element for your own code: Embed Code. Weebly puts the code straight into your page, not into a separate frame – so your statistics show the real names of your pages.
Step by step
- Pick a design on Stats4U and copy the code from the HTML tab.
- In the Weebly editor open the Build tab and drag the “Embed Code” element to the place where the counter should appear.
- Click inside the element, choose “Edit Custom HTML”, paste the code and click outside the element.
- Click Publish and open the published site.
The code
Tab for this platform: HTML
<script src="https://www.stats4u.net/s4u.js"
data-id="12345" data-style="3903" async></script>In this example the counter number is 12345 and the design is a sample. The wizard gives you your own number and the design you pick.
Good to know
- In the editor the element may stay empty – the counter shows up on the published site.
- For a counter on every page, paste the code into Settings → SEO → “Footer Code” instead and publish again.
- If the counter does not appear with the script, paste the code from the HTML <img> tab into the same element – it is only a picture.
